We took a call from a company who was in a dire situation. They had contracted with Flying Pie Pizzaria and were experiencing a lot of down time that was sporadic and unwanted.
We came in on a Memorial Day, investigated an issue, established a work around while we made plans to fix their issue. Flying Pie had just changed Managed Service Providers so there was not much documentation or information about their overly complicated network. The network was evaluated, documented and repaired expeditiously and the client was super supreme happy.
